Hello everyone! Jennifer and I are so excited to be back in Caldwell, TX! And there is no better place to live than here! Caldwell is such a GREAT SMALL TOWN and the people here are simply AMAZING. I've been in ministry for over 15 years and God continues to work and prepare me, especially for this calling. I'm truly blessed to be back in CALDWELL with the AWESOME PEOPLE that God has brought together to be part of our team. We cannot wait to see how God works through ONE Church Caldwell to make an impact for His Kingdom here!
I've been married for 28 years to the love of my life, Jennifer, and we have two kids who are adults now. My daughter, Tori, is married to our son-in-law, Brandon, and they have three handsome sons, Nick, Lucas, and Thomas, and an amazing little lady, Raelynn! WE LOVE OUR FOUR GRANDKIDS! My son Nik is married to our daughter-in-law, Sydnie. Both are graduates from Asbury Theological Seminary, and Nik was just stationed in Guam with the U.S. Navy as a chaplain where they will live for the next two years.
I went to Liberty University for a B.S. in Biblical Studies with a minor in Church Staffing, and I am also certified as a church planter.
My life verse:
Psalm 27:1 (ESV)
The Lord is my light and my salvation; whom shall I fear? The Lord is the stronghold of my life; of whom shall I be afraid?

Hey everyone! It’s us, Sarah and Pablo! We are truly excited to come back HOME and be apart of ONE Church Caldwell! I (Sarah) am originally from Minnesota, but moved to Texas in 2012. I married a Texan (Pablo), who is a Marine Veteran, and so I guess I live here forever now. Pablo and Pastor Juan actually served at the same duty station at MCAS Cherry Point, NC. We have three children: James, Sophia, Quentin and we live in Bryan Texas. I began my involvement with children’s ministry at Area 3:16 in 2012. I then moved to Corpus Christi and continued to work with children and single parents at The Fellowship of Oso Creek. God called back to Caldwell in 2015. That is when Pablo and I met, thanks to Pastor Juan. Pablo is on the Church Board and had been doing ministry alongside Pastor Juan before coming to Area 3:16. Pablo has served with men’s groups and children’s ministry at his home church in Georgia. Pablo and I fell in love, so he moved back to Texas and began working alongside me in Kid-Zone at Area 3:16. We are both very excited and blessed to work with the children and families of ONE Church Caldwell!

Hi friends! My family and I are so blessed to be a part of the ONE Church Caldwell family! The Lord led us to this beautiful little town in 2022 and of course has exceeded our expectations with His blessings since we’ve moved here! When looking for a church to call home, we stumbled upon ONE Church online. We loved the church’s mission statement about the 99 waiting for “the one” to come home. The first time we visited the church we instantly felt the Holy Spirit’s love through the church congregation. We were both lost & broken when we started coming here and God has absolutely restored! My husband and I now both serve on the worship team together. Our family finally has a resting place to call home. It has been amazing to see the work God is doing in our lives through the church and in the lives of the church family! I can’t wait to see what else God has in store! Amen!

I grew up in church and did all the things: taught Sunday school and was involved in music ministry. Then one day, I walked the other way because of a wound I blamed God for. With the Love only a Heavenly Father knows, He led me back to that place of encounter with Him. Slowly He drew me and loved me. He just kept on loving me. I walked back into His house about 4 years ago and I look back awed by His mercy and grace.
I love seeing lives changed after an encounter with Jesus. I love seeing hope restored and God's seed bearing fruit in a broken life that He has restored!
I’ve been married 20 plus years to a wonderful man! I have grown children, grandkids, and a great-grandchild on the way. I love family! I love digging in the dirt and watching my garden grow. I also love quiet contemplation.
Howdy, I’m Les! I have been blessed to live in this community for the last thirteen years after relocating to Brazos Valley from the western half of the state during my career with the State of Texas. I was blessed to be a part of the small circle of family that planned and, eventually, planted this church in October of 2021 where the focus would always be about Jesus, and our church family would never stop searching for The One as Jesus did, and love them and bring them home, to ONE Church Family where everyone can find Christ no matter where they came from or where they are in their lives. Everyone is welcome and all will no longer be alone in their daily walks with Christ.
I was married to the love of my life, Joy, and we both loved serving through several ministries and churches until she went home to be with our Father in Heaven, September 2023. Together we have four children: Haden, Lauren, Summer, and Thomas. I was blessed to have been in emergency public service-safety for more than thirty-seven years, where more than half being in state leadership roles as an executive leader for the last fifteen years with the state as the Chief of a State Agency until my retirement in January 2023.
I loved serving staff and employees as we served the public as a team. However, I have no greater passion nor love than serving God, constantly seeking the ONE that is lost! Over the years, I discovered that I couldn’t successfully lead anyone UNTIL first leading myself… Walking with God, focused on the examples that Jesus Christ provided us while HE walked the Earth, teaching, sharing the Gospel, always setting the example of how we are to Live a Christ Filled Life, and to Love Everyone.
So, I try to listen, exercise patience and invest all my efforts into people, walking side by side with Christ and witnessing as every opportunity is afforded to me... trying my best to demonstrate grace, sharing The Good News!
Both Joy and I’s passion to serve, connect, fellowship and grow in our relationship with our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ continues in me. Since losing her, I’ve been called to the ministry team of ONE Church moving from my position as ONE Church Caldwell Board of Directors’ President to one of our Shepherds. I am so thankful for how He has used and blessed me to serve ONE Church Family and help spread the Good News, allowing God’s unconditional Love to shine through my actions and assist others in their relationship and walks with Christ… encouraging everyone to love and continue seeking the ONE!
One of my favorite quotes: “Do all the good you can, by all the means you can, in all the ways you can, in all the places you can, at all the times you can, to all the people you can, as long as ever you can!”
Hi everyone. My name is Doug Toschlog, and I am truly blessed to be one of the shepherds here at ONE Church Caldwell. I have lived in the Caldwell area since retiring from the US Air Force in 2001. I have
been married to my wife, Holley, for 23 years. Together we have 4 children (Steven, Christopher, Patrick and Amanda) and 4 grandchildren (Adrian, Chandler, Carsyn and Colton).
We started attending back at ONE Church Caldwell in 2020. We love this church because of its welcoming nature, and everyone is family here.
My life verse comes from the book James, Chapter 4, verse 10: “Humble yourselves before the Lord, and he will exalt you.” (ESV)
Hello, I'm Cindy and I Love My Church! It is my honor to serve ONE Church Caldwell as board president. I love seeing our Board of Directors taking giant steps to grow a church where everyone is welcome; everyone is Family. You will find this is a place where Love, Joy and Grace abounds, and most of all, LOVE!
ONE Church Caldwell is a place where we believe in the importance of "the ONE" coming home to know how loved and valued they are by not only us, but most importantly, by God.
I am so humbled that God answered my prayers and has brought this church to Caldwell.
LOVE→JOY→GRACE = ONE CHURCH CALDWELL
We are so blessed you are here!
Cindy
Bio coming soon.
Hey everyone! I'm AnnMarie and I’m pretty new to Caldwell, but it was obvious right away why people are coming to live in this warm and wonderful city. My husband and I immediately felt at home at ONE Church Caldwell and we’re happy to have found a community of brothers and sisters in faith who welcomed us like their own. Our move and this church were the answer to a prayer I had for many years—that God would lead my family to a place where we could surround ourselves with Christian friends. It was also my hope that there would be opportunities to not simply enjoy church on Sundays but have a lifestyle in which service to His kingdom was an everyday focus.
I’m also delighted that my son has grown to love Kids Church. As a child on the spectrum, it’s hard for him to understand non-tangible things, but God has seen to it that Jack’s faith is growing, too. In those moments I feel like I’m not living a servant’s life, I remember my most important mission for Jesus is right in my own home and guiding him to salvation is the greatest job there is.
My background is in marketing and publishing—I hope some of those skills will help me replicate my own joy-filled experience for others new to Caldwell or our church family. I believe strongly in God’s plan for us and enjoy seeing Him as the Great Cosmic Chess Player. It renews my faith and gratitude every time I trace the million subtle moves He made to get me to another blessing and say, “Aaah, I see what You were doing there...”
Hello everyone! My name is Amber Gee, and I am delighted to have been chosen as OCC's Secretary. I spent my childhood in rural Anahuac, Texas, and attended Sweet Home Baptist Church and Hankamer Community Church in Hankamer, Texas. I dedicated my life to Christ in 2006 and was baptized in 2019 at the church. I met my husband in 2009 during our first year of high school. Even though we attended different schools two and a half hours apart, we believed it was the Lord's plan for us to be together. We married in Austin, Texas, on our fourth dating anniversary in December 2013. My husband, Ethan, is from Caldwell and works in the HVAC industry, while I work at Caldwell Elementary as a Teaching Assistant. I am also pursuing my bachelor's in early childhood education at Grand Canyon University. Ethan and I have two living children, Kenneth (born in 2016) and Mason (born in 2018). We also suffered the tragic loss of Aurelian, whom we miscarried in 2014. Our children are avidly involved in baseball (travel and the local Little League) and football, which keeps us busy. Both Ethan and I come from blended families that we cherish. I am one of eleven children, and Ethan is one of five. I enjoy binge-watching Netflix documentaries, cheering for the Green Bay Packers and Houston Astros, genealogy, and occasionally jogging in my free time. We love camping, watching movies, and playing Mario Kart as a family. My husband and I love to host family and friends at our home here in Caldwell and have been abundantly blessed by the Lord. Besides being the secretary at OCC, I am also responsible for filming the 5 Before, our informational video streamed five minutes before the start of Sunday service, and you can occasionally find me serving in Kid Zone when needed. As an introvert, it can be difficult for me to go out of my way to talk with people, but I would love to share some fast facts so you can get to know me better.
Favorite Verse: “May mercy, peace, and love be multiplied to you.” - Jude 1:2 (ESV)
Favorite Quote: “What you’re looking for is already inside you. You’ve heard this before, but the holy thing inside you really is that which causes you to seek it. You can’t buy it, lease it, rent it, date it, or apply for it. The best job in the world in the world can’t give it to you. Neither can success, or fame, or financial security - besides which, there ain’t no such thing.” - Anne Lamott
Favorite Hymn: The Old Rugged Cross by George Bernard (1912)
Favorite Colors: Deep greens, maroon/burgundy, gold - think Fall.
Caldwell residency: 2013-2014, 2018-now.
Once again, I am truly honored to have been asked to serve the Lord and the church this way. I aim to be an asset to this team and look forward to our church family's growth and becoming more involved in the community through OCC.
